Once we have confirmed the availability of your requested dates and confirmed the total price<\/strong> you must pay 40% of the total amount by bank transfer.<\/p>\n

How can I cancel my reservation?<\/h3>\n

The best way to cancel your reservation is by telephone . This means you are sure we have received the information correctly. Our telephone number for cancelations is : \u00a0622 051 803\u00a0<\/a>or 678 647 973<\/a><\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h2>\n

The amount to be returned will vary depending on how far in advance you inform us of the cancellation of your reservation.<\/p>\n

  • If you notify us more than 30 days before the arrival date<\/strong>: We will refund 100% of what you paid.<\/li>\n
  • If you notify us more than 7 days before the arrival date<\/strong>: We will refund 50% of what you paid.<\/li>\n
  • If you give us 7 days or less notice prior to the entry date<\/strong>: We will not refund anything, since we will have lost the option of reserving that accommodation for someone else.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
