Payment and cancellation


How can I pay for my reservation?

Once we have confirmed the availability of your requested dates and confirmed the total price you must pay 40% of the total amount by bank transfer.

Please use the name you made the reservation with and please remember that the reservation is not confirmed until this inicial payment has been made.

The remaining amount will be paid at the campsite where we accept cash or credit cards.



How can I cancel my reservation?

The best way to cancel your reservation is by telephone . This means you are sure we have received the information correctly. Our telephone number for cancelations is :  622 051 803 or 678 647 973



The amount to be returned will vary depending on how far in advance you inform us of the cancellation of your reservation.

  • If you notify us more than 30 days before the arrival date: We will refund 100% of what you paid.
  • If you notify us more than 7 days before the arrival date: We will refund 50% of what you paid.
  • If you give us 7 days or less notice prior to the entry date: We will not refund anything, since we will have lost the option of reserving that accommodation for someone else.

We may have to ask you for an account number in order to refund you.
